About Us

Nostalgia tastes like Mexico

We are Mexicans living far from our country and, like many others, what we miss most are the flavors of our homeland

This project was born from that experience: cooking what we recognize, what comforts us, and what is part of our everyday memories. Today we do it at home, because Estonia is also our home
At the same time, we wanted to provide clarity. Abroad, Mexican cuisine is often presented in a simplified or adapted form. Our intention is not to confront, but to show how it is really prepared and experienced: at home and on the street, with traditional recipes, authentic ingredients, and no watered-down versions

Our cuisine as tradition

Dishes

What we prepare and why it matters

Traditional recipes shaped by region, season, and community. Each dish carries context, memory, and purpose

Ingredients

What defines the flavor and identity

Native elements, seasonal produce, and time-honored techniques form the foundation of every preparation

Intensity

How it tastes and how it feels

From subtle and layered to bold and vibrant, flavor reflects climate, culture, and tradition.

Habits

When and how it is enjoyed

Morning rituals, family tables, public gatherings — food belongs to moments as much as to recipes

Services

We cook what we miss

The craving calls

Some dishes belong to a specific season, memory, or mood. When the time is right, we prepare and share them, in limited quantities and for a limited time

By request

If there is a dish you would like to try or share, we will prepare it with care, respecting its original form and process

For gatherings

We bring traditional Mexican cooking to private celebrations and shared tables, creating an experience rooted in culture rather than trends

In public spaces

Markets, festivals, and community events are places where food becomes a topic of conversation. We participate to share what Mexican cuisine is really like, beyond the stereotypes
