About Us
Nostalgia tastes like Mexico
We are Mexicans living far from our country and, like many others, what we miss most are the flavors of our homeland
This project was born from that experience: cooking what we recognize, what comforts us, and what is part of our everyday memories. Today we do it at home, because Estonia is also our home
At the same time, we wanted to provide clarity. Abroad, Mexican cuisine is often presented in a simplified or adapted form. Our intention is not to confront, but to show how it is really prepared and experienced: at home and on the street, with traditional recipes, authentic ingredients, and no watered-down versions
Our cuisine as tradition
